Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs, but we also consider smaller qty for trial order after evaluation.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, we offer current samples for free, freight on clients. For custom samples, we charge the setup cost + freight, 2-3 samples for free. And, for the freight charge, you could provide us your usual carrier account for freight collect, or, we could quote you the discounted freight using our carrier account, then you send us the freight to our paypal account.
Q: Can I put my own logo on this product?
A: Yes, logo position ready for custom logos, just send us your logo for us to check setup charge and cost on each.
Q: What file format do you need if I want my own design?
A: Any vector file is acceptable (ai, pdf would be the best). Then, our artist would make a mock up art with that logo on product for you to check before proceeding.
Q: How long to make a sample?
A: Our current model with custom logo, takes 3-5 days.
OEM designs takes 10-12 days.
OEM moulded samples takes 18-45days (depends on designs).
Q: Are your products eco-friendly? What tests passed?
A: Materials are safe to USA & Euro market, complies with FDA for USA, Prop 65 for California. LFGB for Germany. Test reports available.
Q: What guarantee do I have for our orders with you since I have to pay in advance? What if the products you shipped are wrong or poorly made?
